You’ll help keep our shops running smoothly and be a valued part of our Age UK team.
Whether you’re sorting donations, chatting with customers, or helping at the till, you’ll play a key part in raising money to support older people across the country. You don’t need experience. As a Volunteer Shop Assistant, you might do different tasks, such as: Sort and price donated items; Serve customers and use the till; Keep the shop floor clean, Tidy and well-stocked; Talk to customers about Gift Aid; Sell raffle tickets; Create a friendly, welcoming environment for everyone as our shops can be a community hub for locals.

We offer a variety of flexible shifts to fit around your availability, but we would require a minimum of 2 hours a week
