This role will involve overseeing the financial health and sustainability of the organisation, ensuring robust financial management, compliance with charity law, and strategic oversight. Oversee the charity’s financial planning, budgeting, and reporting. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and statutory requirements. Support the preparation and review of annual accounts and reports. Monitor financial risks and advise the board on mitigation strategies. Assist in financial decision-making and investment strategies Provide guidance on fundraising and grant applications from a financial perspective.
As a Finance Trustee, you will help Mobile Food Hub, a soon-to-be-registered charity, continue fighting food insecurity and making a real difference in people’s lives. You will contribute your expertise to ensure the organisation’s financial sustainability and transparency, improve financial decision-making and governance, and play a pivotal role in supporting the charity’s mission to restore dignity, control, and hope to the communities it serves.
Trustees will meet 4 times per year, every 12 weeks. Meetings will be in person and virtually.

The Living Centre, 2 Ossulston Street, London NW1 1DF, is a short walk from King’s Cross St. Pancras and Euston stations. From either station, exit and walk south onto Ossulston Street (4–8 minutes).
