Outbound Sales representative: Cold callings, book meeting and log in CRM tracker
5–10 hours per week, flexible schedule (can be done remotely). Minimum 4-week commitment. Make outbound calls to trade businesses across London using a provided contact list and script. Introduce Rubixcodes services and gauge interest. Book discovery calls or meetings for the Director. Log all activity in a simple Google Sheet tracker. Attend a weekly 30-minute check-in call to review progress and get coaching.

No sales experience required, training and scripts provided. Confident speaking on the phone. Reliable and self-motivated. Based in London (or able to work remotely).
Practical B2B cold calling and sales experience. A reference letter from a registered UK company Director. Real portfolio evidence of business development work. Coaching on sales techniques, objection handling, and lead qualification. Potential to transition into a paid commission role based on performance.
