What will you be doing? Key Responsibilities Coordinate and minute quarterly board and AGM meetings. Maintain accurate and accessible governance records (e.g. trustee registers, policies). Ensure timely filings with Companies House and the Charity Commission. Support internal communication between trustees and staff. Keep the organisation up to date with statutory and governance obligations. Time Commitment: Approx. 5–10 hours per week.
