Volunteer drivers deliver food parcels to guests in Brent helping provide vital food aid!
Our volunteer drivers play a vital role in ensuring our guests receive food they need. In this role, you will collect food parcels from our foodbank and deliver these to guests across Brent, greeting guests in a friendly manner and providing them with the food they need.
Community Work,Driving (must have full driving license)
UK Driving Licence
For this role, you will need have a full clean drivers licence and access to an insured vehicle. You will also need to be: • a friendly, empathetic and non-judgemental character. • confident communicating to people without a shared first language • willing to work independently whilst out on deliveries • willing to follow staff instruction and follow health and safety and food hygiene standards. • able to carry heavy items

Whilst there is no minimum commitment for this role, ideally you will be able to commit a few hours every other week.
