Help process surplus food by dehydrating, jamming, freezing, and extending its shelf life.
Volunteer at the Felix Food Factory in Deptford, supporting food production in our unique processing unit. You’ll help dehydrate, create jams and sauces, blast‑freeze produce, and decant ingredients, all to extend the life of fresh surplus food. This hands‑on role plays a key part in transforming rescued ingredients into longer‑lasting products, ensuring more good food can be redistributed to charities and communities across London.
