At a pivotal moment for our organisation, we are looking to recruit new trustees
Actively use your skills/experience to support staff and the charity’s work. Particularly keen to recruit trustees with professional or board level experience in: • Finance/accountancy • Communications • Marketing • Legal Act in line with, champion Mission, Vision, Values of the organisation Take steps to find out about the legal obligations for Trustees, reading relevant guidance or taking appropriate advice when required. Attend, engage in discussion, debate, and vote at Trustees meetings. Review board papers before meetings, monitor actions arising, provide adhoc support to Director

An opportunity for self-development, possibly learning new skills or keeping existing skills sharp, or using them in new ways. It offers a way to learn more about the roles and responsibilities of trustees in the not-for-profit charity sector, make new contacts and understand more about your community. Onboarding, induction and training will be provided
Monthly hybrid board meeting, annual in person board meeting, adhoc hours depending on if the volunteer takes on a particular portfolio
