As an adult volunteer with Army Cadets, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the future of young cadets, but don’t worry – no prior military or cadet experience is required. What is expected of you, however, is a commitment to supporting cadets, being a positive role model, and continuously developing your skills. Volunteering with Army Cadets requires dedication and time, as you’ll be helping to lead activities, train cadets, and support their personal growth. Flexibility is important, as your involvement will include evenings, normally 1 or 2 per week and occasional weekend commitments.
