Detailed Description

As a Research Volunteer for Do Me A Favour Buddy, you'll participate in an 8-week study exploring how personalised acts of kindness impact wellbeing. You'll complete surveys, receive suggestions for kind acts, track experiences, provide feedback, and participate in follow-up assessments. This research aims to develop an evidence-based app that could help thousands improve their mental wellbeing.

Why these skills are required

Volunteers should be comfortable using mobile apps and completing online surveys. Good self-reflection abilities and willingness to engage in kindness activities are essential. No specialised skills required beyond basic digital literacy.
