Join our Adventure! We have a vacancy for a Chair of the board of Trustees to lead our charity into its next chapter. With a passion for the future of play in our community, you will ensure the board agrees the purpose and core values of the organisation. Planning and communicating is an important part of your role, ensuring everyone is on task including the playground manager and other trustees. We all meet monthly in Twickenham on a Tuesday evening, and get involved at the playground when time allows.

Leadership, good communication, organisation and planning skills.
Your leadership support will increase the capacity of trustees and help to direct energies for the most impact, in terms of community awareness and fundraising. In turn, this will help strengthen the Playcentres' position for the future.
Mostly outside office hours Estimate of time needed: 1-3 hours / week or 3-7 hours / week Tuesday evenings in person once a month. Other hours are mostly from home, using GoogleMeet to collaborate, and sometimes at the Playcentres itself.
