Be part of our Grand Launch Event for Space Women’s Listening Service on Tuesday, 8th April 2025! We need friendly, proactive volunteers to help with set-up, registration, and facilitation. This is a one-off, exciting opportunity to support an important cause and be part of an inspiring event!
We’re hosting a Grand Launch Event for our Space Women’s Listening Service on Tuesday, 8th April 2025 at Vestry Hall, Mitcham, and we need enthusiastic event volunteers to help make it a success! 🎉 If you love organising, hosting, and working with people, this is a perfect one-off volunteer opportunity for you! Your role may include: 🏗 Helping set up & decorate the venue. 📋 Assisting with registration & welcoming guests. 🎤 Supporting event facilitators & speakers. 👥 Ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for attendees. This is a fantastic chance to be part of an exciting event, meet inspiring people, and contribute to a cause that supports women’s wellbeing.

4 to 8 hours. Food will be provided. The event is between 2pm and 4pm. We will need volunteers to come in at 11am for a briefing and to help with setting up the hall. We will also need volunteers to help with packing down after the event.
