Volunteer Administrator – Space Women’s Listening Service

We need an organised and detail-oriented Volunteer Administrator to support the Space Women’s Listening Service Project Coordinator. Tasks include reviewing referrals, contacting clients to book Listening sessions, scheduling appointments, and assisting with general admin. Detailed Description

We are looking for a dedicated and organised Volunteer Administrator to support the Space Women’s Listening Service Project Coordinator in delivering a vital emotional support service for women in Merton. This role involves: 📌 Reviewing referrals and processing client requests. 📞 Calling or emailing clients to book a Listening session. 📆 Scheduling and confirming appointments with Listening Volunteers. 📂 Helping with administrative tasks, including data entry, reports, and correspondence. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys organisation, communication, and making a difference in women's lives.
