Supporting mentees with job searches, CVs, and the application process.
Support mentees with job searches, applications, and workplace skills through the 21st Century Workplace Skills program. Empower them to set and achieve short- and long-term goals. Provide tailored advice on career planning, CVs, and interviews while addressing employment and education concerns. Collaborate with LPPI’s Employment and Education Coordinator to ensure mentees receive comprehensive, safeguarding-aligned support throughout their journey toward sustainable employment.

Private/ Public Sector Professional and/or Entrepreneur Willingness to provide emotional, social, and practical support within limits. Knowledge of one’s boundaries and ability to set limits with others. Recognition that all people have strengths and they need to discover and use them. Completed background check and training.
