No skills necessary. RNJPCA will provide all the training you need to learn for the role. This includes Introduction to Safeguarding training and Food Safety and Hygiene
You get to be part of a group that provides opportunities for people with disabilities to engage with others, reduce their anxiety and provides a safe space to explore life outside of the house. RNJPCA covers travel expenses up to £5 a day and provides all refreshments during your time at the centre.
Volunteers can sign up for a minimum of 1.5 hours and can stay as long as they wish. We hope this project continues for a long while so repeat volunteers welcome.
