Empower a 14-25 year old today by mentoring them!
This 2024, we are in need of volunteers to help our young people in London. We recruit, train and deploy volunteer mentors, matching them with mentees and providing high quality support to both so that they are well prepared and can have an effective and impactful mentoring relationship. Our mentoring is one to one, for young people aged 14-25 years old, for 1 hour, once a month, for up to a year.

Admin, Basic IT skills - internet & email, Good IT Skills
Mentors to have 5 years experience, 2 years experience post graduate or retired / on a career break.
That’s simple – you’ll have the chance to use your experience and skills to help change a young person’s life. You’ll be giving something back that will really make a difference and 1MM will be with you every step of the way to support you while you do it.
It is one hour a month, depending on the programme, it can be flexible or have a fixed timetable! It can be face to face, hybrid (online and in person) or fully remote. If you join a programme at a Youth Partner (school/college) they will have a set day set out for the month, which you can have a look at.
