We are seeking a skilled Volunteer Bid Writer to join our team, dedicated to advancing equality and justice in Scotland. In this vital role, you will be instrumental in researching and preparing high-quality funding applications. Your work will directly enable The Peoples Hub and the FJSS Group to secure the resources necessary to fund projects that address systemic inequalities and create positive change. This is a home-based position with complete flexibility.

We are looking for a volunteer with proven bid writing experience and a track record of securing funding. The role requires exceptional writing and communication skills to craft persuasive proposals and a strong research ability to identify suitable opportunities. You must be highly self-motivated, with meticulous attention to detail, to ensure all submissions are accurate and professional. Familiarity with the non-profit or equality sectors is a plus, as is experience with bid management processes and online grant portals.
