Lewisham Community Falls Service (NHS) is recruiting volunteers to support our qualfied instructors to run our Stable and Steady Falls Prevention classes for adults aged 65+. Classes take place on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at different locations around Lewisham. Volunteers are needed for just 1½ hours per week We ask for a three-month time commitment. Role Overview: - Supporting participants to ensure exercises are done safely (training provided) - Supporting to complete questionnaires and outcome measures. - Help with set up including taking class register.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone interested in making a real difference and working with older adults. It may also be of interest for anyone considering a career in health and social care including occupational therapy and physiotherapy. You will be given full training.
