You will produce & edit our fortnightly Rebel Justice podcast recorded on Riverside FM & upload it
The Rebel Justice podcast hosts interviews with the people changing the way we see justice through reform, the arts and writing, mental health and people with lived experience of the justice system. Experts and with people with lived experience cover topics from a feminist approach to trauma, much needed reform in the justice system such as JENBA and IPP sentences, climate justice and how it affects women disproportionately. You will source guests, arrange interviews and edit final content for broadcast. The upcoming series comprises 11 podcasts on a feminist approach to mental health.

You will need to be familiar with Riverside FM software platform, audio-editing software and how to upload interesting audio content on our main platform Buzzsprout. You will also have experience in marketing content and maximizing audience potential. You will be familiar with creating visual soundbites for use across our social media platforms. Most importantly you will be passionate about feminist social justice.
You will be part of an important thriving social enterprise. You will be given training, personal development and access to all the events that we are invited to as an organisation, plus exclusive opportunities to gain accreditation in feminist leadership training, safeguarding and organisational skills training. Above all, being involved with the View will actively change the lives of women in the justice system by changing mainstream media's distorted perception of our punitive broken system. You will also be bringing hope to our community in prisons, hostels, refuges and asylum centres.
