Volunteer Co-ordinator (Volunteer) will support the Cray Wanderers Team in the recruitment of volunteers to our services. We are looking to develop our services and involve local people through the recruitment and placement of volunteers across our services

Detailed Description

• Assisting with the Recruiting, training, and supervising new volunteers. • Collecting volunteer information, availability, and skills, and maintaining an up-to-date database. • Following Cray Wanderers volunteering recruitment and induction procedure • Matching volunteers to opportunities that suit their skill sets • Helping to keep records of volunteers’ work, hour and involvement.

Admin, Basic IT skills - internet & email, Managing People, Organising & Planning, Reading & Writing

• Experience in volunteering and recruitment (desirable) or managing people • Working knowledge of databases. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent organisation and team building skills. • Be able to share our strong commitment to the inclusion and equality for all
