Dynamic Coaching is looking for a Volunteer Coordinator to support the recruitment, organisation and communication of volunteers across our community sport and youth programmes. The role involves helping manage volunteer schedules, supporting onboarding and ensuring volunteers have a positive experience.
Dynamic Coaching works with volunteers across sport, youth work, community programmes and events. Volunteers play an essential role in helping deliver positive opportunities for young people. The Volunteer Coordinator will support the recruitment, organisation and communication with volunteers across our programmes and events. This role involves helping manage volunteer sign-ups, coordinating schedules, supporting onboarding processes and ensuring volunteers feel valued and supported. The role would suit someone organised, people-focused and passionate about community engagement.

• Support recruitment and onboarding of volunteers. • Help coordinate volunteer schedules across programmes and events. • Maintain volunteer records and contact lists. • Communicate updates and opportunities to volunteers. • Support volunteer inductions and engagement activities. • Assist with recognising and celebrating volunteer contributions.
