Youth Football Game Manager
South London Girls Football League
Similar to a referee for a 3v3 Under 7 girls football league.
The Game Manager will be responsible for bringing the players from the entrance to the venue to their pitch and preparing them to play a 3v3 football match. During the game they will be responsible for applying and teaching the laws of the game to the players for game understanding. They will support the players with rotation during the breaks in the game and ensuring they all hydrate. At the end of the game they will return the players to their parents at the exit of the venue.

Volunteers will need to be capable of managing and communicating with a group of young people, ensuring both their safety and their understanding of expectations on the day, including behavioural. They will also need to be able to prepare the environment beforehand to allow smooth operation of each event.
Experience in developing environments for events to take place and operate efficiently. Managing and communicating with young people, building skills in leadership, management, communication and organisation.
