We are looking for befrienders to offer a friendly chat and act as well- being advisers to lonely and isolated individuals living in Greenwich. Signposting them to other organisations when necessary and supporting them into the community if appropriate.
We are looking for befrienders to offer a friendly chat and act as well- being advisers to lonely and isolated individuals living in Greenwich. Befrienders will be matched with one/two clients and call them a minimum of once a week. If mutually agreed befrienders may support clients to access community activities. Full training is provided before you start your role and you will receive regular support and supervision.
