Shelve library materials. Retrieve library materials. Inspect materials to determine if repair is necessary. Perform related duties as assigned.

Why these skills are required

A basic understanding of how the Library Service operates, either in general terms or in the candidate's personal experience. Ability to file alphabetically and numerically Ability to reach, bend, stretch, stoop, and lift materials. Ability to effectively communicate and engage with people of all ages, races, cultures and abilities. The ability to cope with the duties and responsibilities of the post and the associated environment, including an understanding of health & safety.
