St Raphaels Hospice
• Help to maintain and nurture our gardens and grounds • To tidy up and sweep as necessary • To weed and dig as necessary • Each season will bring a particular need on top of these tasks i.e. watering flower beds
To support our gardener with looking after and nurturing our gardens and grounds. To assist in creating a high impact low maintenance outside space for our patients, families, staff and volunteers to enjoy.

To have an interest in the work of the Hospice and want to support your community To have an interest in an outside activity and an interest in gardening (no expert knowledge needed) This is a physical role and is outside in our grounds
Lots of FUN & being part of a friendly team It will allow you to get involved in your local community and meet new friends. You will gain valuable experience such as: Team work, communication and using your initiative. Boost your confidence and your CV for future jobs – we will provide you with a reference. We will reimburse reasonable out of pocket travel and parking expenses Provide Lunch and other refreshments Provide a unique volunteer T-shirt and/or fleece
There is no minimum time requirement so you do not need to commit to volunteering every day. On your application form please kindly specify your availability

St. Raphael's is located on London Road between Morden and North Cheam and can be reached by underground to Morden station and then a Bus 93; from Raynes Park or Wimbledon Buses 163 then 413/293. Please alight at the St Anthony's Hospital stop. Ample parking is available on site free of charge. On entering the site by car please turn immediately left and the hospice car park bays are clearly marked.
