MertonVision is seeking a reliable and friendly individual to assist with light administrative duties. This role is crucial in helping us maintain smooth communication between our clients, staff, and visitors, contributing to our mission of supporting blind and partially sighted individuals in Merton.
Answer telephone calls, take messages, and forward them to the relevant staff members Greet and assist visitors at the door Handle general queries from visitors and clients Provide light admin support, such as filing, data entry, and responding to emails Collaborate with the Volunteer Services Manager and other team members

Admin, Basic IT skills - internet & email, Good IT Skills, Reading & Writing
- Some experience in admin work is preferred but not essential - Friendly, approachable, and comfortable communicating with a diverse range of people - Willingness to learn and assist as needed - Reliable and punctual

2 days per week (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM). Any time dedicated is appreciated, and the days can be flexible to suit your availability. Recommend a commitment of 6 months
