Our workshop team adapt mainstream toys, so they are user friendly for disabled children. We are looking for a volunteer, with experience in soldering and electronics, to adapt toys to operate with a button switch. The role will involve soldering new connections and reassembly.

MERU, a part of the QEF group of charities, is a charity that creates unique, assistive products for disabled children and young people. The opportunity to work in a small friendly team in a role that makes a real difference to children's lives. Adapted toys and equipment enable children to play, helps with their development and makes them happy!
1 day per week for a minimum of 3 months.
