Our events simply could not happen without the contribution of volunteers like you!
We run a fantastic range of family friendly, fun events throughout the year which help us meet our annual fundraising targets and provide opportunities for people to do something positive in memory of their loved one. As Events Assistant volunteer you will provide support at our events taking place throughout the year. These range from sporting events, summer fetes, open gardens, luncheons etc. The role is varied and includes a number of different tasks depending on the event; it could be marshalling, signing in participants, serving refreshments or helping setting up a stall at our fete.

We will: - Set you up for success by providing you with a full pre-event briefing clarifying role, tasks and timings - Send you our monthly volunteer e-newsletter with all the latest updates and information - Invite you to our social events and forums - Reimburse you for pre-agreed travel expenses - Provide free access to the PAH education programme
You are in total control of how much time you commit to the events volunteer role. Throughout the year we will keep you updated on upcoming events and if you are available/interested in a particular event, you simply reply to email to confirm your availability.
