Skilled or personally able to deliver and support in arts and crafts for adults. Good communicator and motivator.
Someone to lead or support in the delivery of arts & crafts activities for the 50 plus, mothers group, Man Shed and adult users of the centre. You need to be sociable and find engage with adults of varying capacities to enable and empower their ability to find fulfilment in the sessions.

Skilled in delivering and teaching adults in arts and crafts. Can be self taught or trained. Good planner. Good communicator. good motivator and some understanding of how adults learn.
Satisfaction of sharing your skills and contributing to the learning of other adults. Enhancing the mental health and well being of isolated adults. Opportunity to access other learning and experience. All work undertaken for a period of over 6 months is referencable. Opportunity be a part of a developing and thriving team at TCC.
