Do you have some spare time and would like to get hands on experience in wide range of events?
From sports events to summer fetes, car park marshalling to open gardens…being a volunteer can make a real difference to someone’s life and to your life too. As an Events Volunteer, you provide support at our events taking place throughout the year and quite simply, we couldn’t do these without you. The role is fun and varied – from helping to set up and running a stall at our fete, to keeping our Santas on track at the fun run. Just a few hours a day, month or year can help us raise those vital funds for your local hospice. You’ll need be able to commit to a few hours for at least 1 event per year. By joining us, you’ll discover new friends, new skills and confidence whilst knowing you’re supporting people in our community with life limiting illnesses and their families too. Discover the difference your time can make to people for whom time matters most.
