Needs to have knowledge of basic IT skills and to be able to pass on this knowledge.
Other volunteers have said it's a chance to keep doing something they enjoy after their own kids have grown out of it, it feels good to benefit the community, it's a chance to meet new people, and it's just a lot of fun!
