MCR Pathways

Support disadvantaged young people by providing guidance, encouragement, and life skills mentoring

Detailed Description

As a mentor, you’ll help a young person build confidence, understand themselves better, and empower them to reach their full potential. You’ll be carefully matched with a young person facing challenges, based on backgrounds, interests, personality, etc. By committing just one hour per week for at least a year, you can make a meaningful and lasting difference in their life. Sessions are in person with occasional online meetings. You’ll receive full induction and ongoing support, ensuring you're never doing this alone. Together, you can help change a young person’s life for the better!

What is in it for you

Comprehensive training , including safeguarding information, is provided to all our mentors before they are matched with a young person. Our team also provide fantastic ongoing support so you never feel alone!

Time Commitment

1 hour a week (between 9 AM to 5 PM) for at least 1 year. It doesn't have to be the same time every week.
