As a volunteer tutor, you will support young people aged 11–25 through personalised educational sessions. This role focuses on fostering growth in NEET youth by providing academic and vocational guidance.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver subject-specific tutoring sessions. Develop and follow individualised learning plans. Assist with exam preparation and career readiness. Create a supportive, motivating environment. Track and adapt sessions based on student progress. Skills & Qualifications: Strong knowledge in subjects such as English, maths, or science. Previous experience in tutoring or teaching is an advantage. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and a passion for education. Commitment: Flexible hours based on availability and student needs.
