Senior Roller Skate Coach
As a Senior Roller Skate Coach (Volunteer), you will lead and oversee roller skating sessions, ensuring that skaters of all levels improve their technique, safety, and enjoyment. You will be responsible for planning and delivering advanced lessons, providing guidance to other coaches, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants.

Key Responsibilities: Lead roller skating sessions for athletes of varying skill levels. Develop and implement lesson plans and training programs. Provide technical coaching and feedback to skaters to help them improve their performance. Mentor and support junior or assistant coaches, offering advice and guidance. Track participants’ progress and assess their development. Ensure the safety of all participants during sessions and events. Promote teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship among skaters. Organise and participate in roller skating events and competitions. Maintain and prepare equipment before and after sessions. Locations You will deliver sessions at our clubs in: Harrow Acton Hounslow Please note that you will need to travel to these locations for scheduled sessions and events. Skills & Qualifications: Extensive experience in roller skating (advanced level). Previous coaching experience (desirable). Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to motivate and inspire skaters to reach their full potential. Experience in managing group dynamics and fostering positive behaviour. Strong organisational and time management skills. First aid certification (desirable).
