Volunteer Personal Assistant to the CEO
We are seeking a Volunteer Personal Assistant to support the CEO of RollaDome. This role offers valuable experience in executive-level administration, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination within a dynamic charity setting.

Key Responsibilities: Executive Support: Manage the CEO’s calendar, emails, and correspondence. Document Preparation: Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents. Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings and arrange travel. Stakeholder Management: Support internal and external communications. Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to project tracking and strategic planning. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with professionalism. Skills & Qualifications: Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. High level of discretion and professionalism. Interest in non-profit work, particularly youth empowerment or sports.
