Support Haringey charity using sport to drive migrant educational achievement/improve life chances

Detailed Description

We use sport as a hook to drive educational achievement/improve life chances for children/young people from the North Haringey migrant/asylum seeker/refugee community. The role includes: • maintain database of funding bids/programme/project participants/partners • Collect monitoring information • Help ensure policies/procedures are up-to-date • Enter financial information into FreeAgent • Support events/programmes • Search funding databases • Follow-up enquiries received by post/phone/email/social media • Post website/social media content • Design and progress SurveyMonkey questionnaires.

There are no set skills or experience required to volunteer, but we do ask that as a volunteer you: • Are punctual and reliable • Enjoy helping others • Have good communication skills • Are willing to help with the activities we run • Are proficient in spoken and written English • Are confident to create professional content in MS Word and Excel or are willing to be trained to do so • Are willing to undergo a DBS Check
