We are looking for a volunteer that loves the outdoors and children. That are available a couple hours a week in the day time. The volunteer would be working with a fun dynamic team to help teach children the importance of how to grow your own foods and harvesting them too. This volunteer will need to be DBS check for the safety of all involved.

We want the to be fun and friendly and like working with children outside. We need them to be able to speak to the children and be on time for the sessions. They need to enjoy working in a team. They need to be interesting in gardening or want to get to know more about it and willing to help. It always helps if they have some carpentry experience cause we do make things with the children too.
This is a fun role and they will love working with the children they are the future and they children and the gardeners are always enjoyable to be around. So if this sounds like you could be an additional assets to the team please do get in touch with us. We would love to have you. Also you can learn a lot if you are interested in having your own garden or allotment too. At the end of the event we have a celebration day that is always fun to be at.
