People just need to enjoy engaging with children.
Thornton Heath's monthly Pop-up Sustainable Living Hubs have already been described by visitors, stall holders and volunteers as a warm, friendly and fun environment. There is a really nice buzz about the hubs, and visitors frequently thank stall holders and volunteers for making the hubs a reality. All volunteers receive free hot drinks and biscuits as a small way of saying thank-you.
