Our Pick and Pack team are based in one of our lively baby banks. Together we sort, check, and prepare pre-loved items for children. Volunteers create high-quality bundles of toys, clothes, and equipment to gift to families. What will I do? • Get to know each child using details we provide to select items they’ll love • Create beautiful packages of clothes, toys and books with love and care • Check donated pre-loved items, so that they are all of gift quality • Organise checked items by gender,

• Attention to detail • Able to carry out light manual tasks (or chat with us about reasonable adjustments) • A smile and a pair of comfy shoes
• Meet new friends and like-minded people • Experience within a high-profile London-based charity • Travel expenses available • Induction and regular training • Written references on request • Unique insight into baby banks and child poverty in the UK
We ask for a minimum of 4 hours per fortnight.
