PERSON SPECIFICATION: Essential * Experience in sound engineering in recording studios. * Experience in mixing and mastering in a studio setting. * Experience in working with young people. * Ability to confidently navigate and use Apple Mac computers and softwares such as Logic Pro X. * Enthusiastic about the development and advancement of young people musically. * Excellent role model for young people. * Excellent communication and leadership skills. * Valid DBS. Desirable * Musical skills * Enthusiastic about the development and advancement of young people musically.
